Practical, relational and body-based support for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and change.
Gina offers a compassionate and collaborative space for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or navigating difficult experiences and transitions.
Her approach combines practical support with deeper emotional and body-based work, integrating Somatic Experiencing® and relational therapy to help clients better understand themselves, their responses, and the patterns shaping their lives.
Gina works exclusively with adults 18+.

Gina works with adults experiencing a range of emotional, relational and life challenges. You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or a clear explanation for what is happening. Sometimes you simply know that something doesn’t feel right—or that the ways you’ve been coping are no longer working.
ANXIETY & EMOTIONAL OVERWHELM
Feeling anxious, stressed, emotionally flooded or having difficulty settling.
TRAUMA & DIFFICULT EXPERIENCES
Working with the lingering emotional and nervous-system effects of overwhelming or painful experiences.
ANGER & EMOTIONAL REGULATION
Understanding strong emotional reactions and developing greater awareness, choice and regulation.
ADDICTION CONCERNS
Exploring substance use or other coping patterns with curiosity, compassion and without shame.
NEURODIVERSITY
Support that respects different ways of experiencing, processing and navigating the world.
LIFE TRANSITIONS & PERSONAL GROWTH
Navigating change, identity, relationships, boundaries and the desire to understand yourself more deeply.
You don’t have to fit neatly into one category. Therapy can begin with whatever feels most important right now.

Practical Support With Space to Go Deeper
Therapy with Gina is collaborative, compassionate and grounded in the understanding that emotional difficulties often involve more than our thoughts alone.
Gina integrates relational therapy and Somatic Experiencing®, allowing sessions to include both conversation and gentle attention to emotions, physical sensations and nervous-system responses.
Depending on what you need, therapy might involve understanding patterns, developing practical strategies, exploring emotions and relationships, or becoming more aware of how stress and difficult experiences show up in your body.
There is no expectation that you tell your story in a particular way or move faster than feels comfortable. Gina works collaboratively, helping you find an approach that feels manageable and relevant to your life.
Therapy can be practical and supportive while still making room for deeper emotional change.
A Little More About Gina
Therapy is professional work, but the person you sit across from matters too.
Outside of her clinical work, Gina values connection, curiosity, continued learning and the everyday experiences that help keep life grounded. Her warmth and down-to-earth nature are an important part of how she shows up as a therapist.
She believes therapy doesn’t have to feel overly formal or clinical. There can be room for humour, honesty, curiosity and genuine human connection alongside meaningful therapeutic work.
The goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—not a polished version of yourself.
