Warm, relational therapy that goes beyond talking.

A warm, engaged approach to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change.

A Deeper, More Holistic Approach

I work with thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the nervous system to support deeper, lasting change.

Support For What Matters Most

Trauma-Informed & Somatic Therapy

I provide online counselling for adults across Canada, specializing in trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, attachment and relationship difficulties. I also offer online Somatic Experiencing® sessions to clients in the United States. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing®, AEDP, attachment-focused and experiential psychotherapy to support deeper emotional processing, nervous-system regulation and lasting change.

I work with adults experiencing complex and developmental trauma, relationship patterns, grief and loss, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. Therapy is collaborative, relational and tailored to your individual needs.

For clients looking for an approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, somatic and experiential approaches can help connect intellectual understanding with emotions, relationships and the body's responses.

A Therapist Who Is Human, Too

Because the relationship matters.

You can expect me to be present and emotionally engaged with you. I may laugh with you, gently challenge you, or become teary-eyed when something deeply meaningful happens. I want therapy to feel professional and safe, but also genuine, connected, and authentically human.

My own experiences of therapy, healing, relationships, and life have shaped the clinician I have become. They've given me a deep respect for the courage it can take to be vulnerable—and for the importance of having that vulnerability met with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

BEYOND THE THERAPY ROOM

A life that keeps me grounded.

Outside of my work, I’m a mother, an animal lover, and someone who values family, meaningful relationships, creativity, movement, nature, and continued learning.

I enjoy weight training, long walks, reading, beautiful spaces, time outdoors—and, apparently, collecting cats.

These parts of my life remind me that wellbeing isn’t simply about having fewer symptoms. It’s also about feeling present and connected to the people, experiences, and moments that make life meaningful.
