Women of Moto art

This week I had the honor to take a series of vintage portraits of two remarkable ladies travelling across Canada documenting women who ride motorcycles— they were the coolest gals and even took the time to document me.

It was a special experience indeed to have the camera turned on me! Thank you to Catherine David and Oneland for connecting us all together.

Here is the glass plate I made that had a mind of its own and decided to crack- adding to the aesthetic and rawness of the subjects. This piece will be showcased at the end of the riding season with a full series of other inspirational women bikers as part of a Vintage Art Series I am developing.

Go take a look at their page and website to see where they are riding to next- follow their journey Women of Moto ?

I hope to ride to come see you gals in Edmonton this year or next season. If somone can connect me with an affordable sporster trailer to haul my vintage equipment I will be able to reach so many ladies who dare to break boundaries too.
