Frederic and Rebecca are a lovely down-to-earth couple who live in Otterburn Park, Quebec. I have to say that this is the prettiest town I have seen in Quebec. It sits right next to Mont St-Hilaire. You have the mountain all around you and pretty little homes, some new and some Victorian scattered along tree lined streets. I traveled with my assistant to their 2 story home. They wanted to do their session in their backyard as it has a lot of trees a quaint English garden and most of all their cute Labrador Retriever! It was really fun working with Rebecca, a physical education teacher and Frederic, an engineer who travels to remote mining locations for a living. Frederic originate from the Beauce, Qc and Rebecca from St-Sauveur, Qc. Both have the same relaxed vibe that you frequently find in the small towns of Quebec. I actually graduated from the same class as Rebecca’s brother, James, oh too many years ago. 😉 It is always really fun to have that kind of connection to the people I am photographing. I really look forward to photographing their Wedding day September 29th in St-Sauveur- it will be beautiful and charming from all the fun details Rebecca shared with me. I cannot wait to show you all how it turned out. For now, please enjoy their engagement photo session slideshow and a few of my favorite images.
